Module 1: Sentence Structure & Tenses

  • Sentence formula: Subject + Verb + Object + Details
    Example: She wrote a report yesterday.
  • Forms of “To Be”: am, is, are, was, were, be, being, been
  • Shall vs Will:
    • Will is used for most future actions.
    • Shall is more formal and polite (used with "I/we").

Module 2: Vocabulary Building & Email Writing

  • Ways to build vocabulary:
  • Formal Email Format: Subject → Greeting → Body → Closing → Signature
  • Email Tips:
    • Be polite, brief, and clear
    • Avoid CAPS, slang, and overusing CC/BCC

Module 3: Question Tags & Pronouns

  • Question Tag Rule: Statement + short question

  • Subject Pronouns: I, you, he, she, we, they
